Statutory Rape Laws
Rule of thumb: If she’s not 18, walk away.
However, the government isn’t that clear cut and dry. Each state has their own laws about when a girl is legally able to have sex with a male. Sometimes that age depends on how old the male is. So before you decided you want to run into that little highschool senior around the corner, KNOW YOUR STATES LAWS. Getting one young girls cookies is not worth possibly going to jail and having a bunch of dudes gang rape you and take yours. Not to mention being on that list where you can’t live within a mile of a school.
So here at undressingHER, we care about keeping everyone safe and free. Here is the OFFICIAL GUIDE TO STATUTORY RAPE LAWS IN THE UNITED STATES. It comes straight from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Since we’re based out of Michigan, we’ll tell you this free and clear. If the female is over 16 years old, you’re good to go. You can be 45, as long as she’s 16, you can have sex with her legally. Should you? NO, that’s disgusting, but you can and you won’t be prosecuted.
Now, what if you’re 17 and she’s 15? In Michigan, that’s illegal. DON’T DO IT. That is 4th degree criminal sexual assault.
Don’t take my word for it though, click the link and read the information for yourself. If you don’t believe that, go to the library and request the state laws for statutory rape. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE NOT CAUCASIAN.
Best way, if you’re over 18, don’t f**k with girls who are younger than 18. MAKE SURE YOU SEE ID too. Take a screenshot of her myspace and facebook age.
